TradeMutt cofounder Edward Ross has received the 2024 Queensland Young Achiever of the Year award for his funky eye-catching work wear.

QSEC Member TradeMutt is a social impact workwear brand, by tradies for tradies to start conversations about mental health among the blue-collar community, making the invisible impossible to ignore.

The purpose of the Queensland Young Achiever Awards is to acknowledge, encourage and most importantly promote the positive achievements of all young people up to and including 29 years of age as of 31 December each year.

Edward said the award was a “total surprise”. “Big thanks to everyone who has supported me on the journey so far with TradeMutt and TIACS,” he said.

He also thanked his “work wife” and fellow co-founder Daniel Allen.
