A work-integrated social enterprise or jobs-focused social enterprise focuses on creating meaningful employment for disadvantaged Australians. According to the FASES report, nearly 7,000 of all social enterprises in Australia have employment-based support or employment creation as their main focus.
The two traditional models:
1. Transitional employment (outcome to exit ratios measurements)
2. Destination employment (they employ people from certain categories intentionally
